The writer, traveler, gardener, occasional photographer and lover of all things Hawaiian: Jennifer is a Midwesterner, mother of three, wife, and a marketing, public relations and communications consultant. In 2001, she and her husband Tom were married on the Big Island, where they began their love affair with the islands of America’s fiftieth state. Since then, they have returned to paradise as often as possible, but not often enough.
